Etiquette
All bookings can be made through the bookings page. If you are unable to book in, please email lauren@wildfolkhealth.com.au to arrange your appointment.
Prepayment is required for all appointments. 100% payment is required upon for Telehealth consultations through our third-party payment service.
To ensure we honour every clients time, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time will result in loss of 50% of appointment cost. Failure to cancel or show up to your consult will incur a 100% loss of payment.
We do our best to accomodate for late arrivals however, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled to avoid delays and to ensure you receive the full allocated time for your appointment. If you have not been to the clinic before, we ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking and to settle in.
We ask that you please fill our your initial client intake form 24 hours before your appointment.
