Your initial appointment is a comprehensive session designed to assess your overall health, lifestyle, and wellbeing. During this appointment, we will review a detailed history, explore your current symptoms, diet, stress levels, and lifestyle habits to understand the root causes of any health concerns. You will receive a summary of your health goals, treatment aims and discuss any necessary further investigations. Your finalised treatment plan will be provided to you in your second consultation, 1-3 weeks after your initial consultation.

This is a 60 minute session and sets the foundation for long-term wellness and healing.

An extended follow-up naturopathy consultation is a focused session to review any relevant test results that may have been prescribed during your initial consult. This is where you will receive a personalised treatment plan and be prescribed any necessary prescriptions such as herbal medicines, nutraceuticals, and dietary and lifestyle modifications.

This appointment is also recommended if you are an existing client and have test results to read over or have not had a consultation in the past 6 months.

A standard follow-up consultation is apart of continued care on your health journey. This is an opportunity to refine your wellness journey, ensure continued improvement, and provide ongoing support. We will assess how your body has responded to the treatment plan, address any new or ongoing concerns, and make any necessary adjustments to your prescription or recommendations.

Follow-up consultations last 30-45 minutes.
